Dr. Diane Lira is the Deputy Superintendent of Instruction for the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, where she leads instructional services for over 206,000 students. A first-generation college graduate and former migrant student, Dr. Lira brings over two decades of experience in education—from teacher to principal to county administrator. She is a passionate advocate for equity, multilingual learners, and collaborative leadership that transforms educational systems.
