Cyndi is deeply committed to a high quality physical education, wellness and nutrition program that emphasize a connection between a sound mind, body and spirit. In this ever-changing, fast-paced world, Cyndi can be found empowering multi-generations seeking a balanced healthy and fulfilling life.

Cyndi has been supporting school communities develop healthy active lifestyles with The Fresno County Superintendent of Schools for over 20 years.

Charles Clancy is passionate about building connections—between schools and communities, people and purpose, and ideas and action. He holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fresno and a master’s degree from Fresno Pacific University. While he once envisioned a career in sports medicine, Charles quickly discovered his true calling in education, where he found joy in creating welcoming, student-centered environments.

In his current role as Program Coordinator at the Regional Technical Assistance Center, Charles serves as a connector and collaborator. He works closely with school leaders, educators, families, and community partners to strengthen and sustain systems that support the whole child. His mission is simple but powerful: to help every school become a hub of opportunity, belonging, and growth.

When he’s not supporting schools, Charles is likely cheering on his son at a sporting event, sharing a meal at a favorite Italian spot, laughing with his wife, or listening to podcasts focused on leadership and personal development. He firmly believes that strong schools are the foundation of strong communities—and he’s committed to building both, one relationship at a time.

Mike Pronovost has served as the Technology Officer at Fresno County Superintendent of Schools (FCSS) since August 2023. Prior to joining FCSS, he spent three years as Director of Technology at the California State University, Chancellor’s Office, and eight years at Fresno State. Throughout his career, Mike has focused on expanding access to technology for students in underserved communities and advancing efforts to close the digital divide.
